I am: • Happy to travel within Broward and Palm Beach counties. • Available Monday through Friday 10 am to 6 pm, Saturday 10 am to 2 pm Sunday and holidays by appointment. • Insured with $150,000 of Notary Signing Agent E&O insurance issued by Western Surety Company. • Also bonded and Insured with $100,000 of E&O insurance promoted via the National Notary Association. • Certified by the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System and continuing education with Notary Stars. I will: • Only charge one flat fee regardless of whether the appointment is 5 miles or 50 miles away. • Reach out to the signatory(s) prior to the appointment to introduce myself and confirm the appointment details. • Arrive early to each appointment. • Keep an open line of communication with all parties. • Ensure forms are filled out completely (such as with a 1003 or a Profit and Loss statement). • Review all documents for completion and legibility prior to concluding the appointment and leaving the location. • Provide scan backs in a timely fashion; I have a mobile scanner and can scan directly from the table for a faster funding experience for you and your clients. • Advise via either text or phone call once the appointment has concluded. • Make fixing any mistake my top priority (in the rare event that should happen). • Package the documents. • Not miss cut off or drop off times.
