I completed my training through the NNA and Secretary of State of Texas. I also obtained my background through the NNA.I am committed to servicing your clients with the utmost respect and professionalism. I will arrive to appointments on time and will contact the client if I happen to run behind on time. I will not print documents on both sides of the paper. I will provide the client(s) with a copy of the documents . I will provide scan back services as requested. I will deliver the documents on time for the next delivery on all closing completed by 4pm. I will not rush nor pressure the client to sign if they are not ready to sign. I will not give nor provide legal advice. All documents will be notarized at the location and the time of the signing appointment. I will notarize only when I am able to witness the client signing the documents. I am knowledgeable about what documents require a signature within a loan package can ensure a smooth and accurate loan closing.
