The buyer was leaving the state after the signing and so I asked him if he would like to wait for docs to be fully approved so theres no delays and he wouldnt have to repeat the entire process somewhere along his trip. So while we waited I helped him finish loading his U-haul, Securing the back, and fix his closet doors for him and his Realtor. I kept apologizing for the long wait but it was definitely worth waiting as there werre some errors due to the instructions that were sent so we corrected them and scanned them back to wait for approval again. When we got the approval the Regional Manager for the title company said her and the lender were extremely impressed that I waited that long to make sure the docs were 100% error free and that I went above and beyond what they've ever seen a Notary ever do. I told her Thank you and she left me a 5 star review for my dedication to making sure there were no errors and delays.
