I have successfully closed over 1500 signings including refis, purchases, HELOCs, sales, purchase options, home listing options, modifications, deeds-in-lieu, & applications; Commercial properties; Seller financed properties; VA & FHA loans; Signings with POAs & in Trusts; Forms I-9, structured settlements, & general Notary work. I have also recorded Deeds with the Clerks of Court in Fairfax & Prince William Counties. I serve the Northern Virginia area: Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, & Prince William Counties; the Independent Cities of Fairfax, Manassas, Manassas Park, Falls Church, & Alexandria.
